Course Participation and Fees
All Academy students are selected from dedicated leaders or church workers who are actively serving in their churches. Our ministry covers the three-year educational costs to support students already involved in active ministry. However, while students are not required to pay for these costs, it represents a significant financial responsibility for us. Therefore, all students are expected to fulfill their duties and responsibilities with great care and dedication.
Core Course Participation:
Attendance at all core courses and completion of post-course responsibilities (assignments, exams, readings, and projects) within the given deadlines is mandatory. Unless there is a valid excuse, students are expected to attend every course. These core courses are held three times a year—fall, spring, and summer—each lasting five days. Course dates will be announced in the “Calendar” section and the WhatsApp group at least two months in advance.
Online Courses
Auxiliary courses and seminars are generally conducted online. Students who cannot attend core courses for specific reasons may, with the permission of the Local Faculty, follow some courses through the online learning system.
Student Advisor
At the beginning of the academic year, each student is assigned an advisor/mentor. Before the program starts, students should contact their advisor regarding the course schedule and their spiritual life. Throughout the year, students are required to have at least five meetings with their advisor to discuss the program and other topics deemed necessary by the Faculty.
Student Portal
Each student will have access to a personal student portal where they can track their progress and find essential information about their status.
Class Days
Except for in-person classes, all other courses are held on Tuesday evenings unless otherwise stated. Online course dates will be communicated to students at least 15 days in advance.
Assignments
Students are responsible for submitting assignments such as readings, memorization tasks, book reports, presentations, ministry tasks, and exams assigned by the course instructor or Faculty within the specified deadlines. These assignments must be submitted to both the Faculty and the student’s advisor.
