The Academy is a theology and life training program that can be completed through reading assignments, various tasks, exams, and church service responsibilities.<\/p>\n

The program offers three different teaching formats:<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Core Courses<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Hermeneutics<\/li>\n
  • Introduction to Theology I<\/li>\n
  • Introduction to Theology II<\/li>\n
  • Biblical Theology<\/li>\n
  • Introduction to the Old Testament<\/li>\n
  • Introduction to the New Testament<\/li>\n
  • Worldviews and Apologetics<\/li>\n
  • Practical Theology and Homiletics<\/li>\n
  • Church History<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These core courses are taught in person by expert academics actively teaching in their fields. Each course lasts approximately 20-25 hours over five days. Depending on the local faculty’s requirements, students may be assigned reading assignments, exams, and church service responsibilities before and after the course. There are a total of nine core courses, and attendance is mandatory for program completion.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

    Auxiliary Courses<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Topics include:<\/p>\n

    • Caring for the Community<\/li>\n
    • Spiritual Disciplines<\/li>\n
    • Transformation Through the Gospel<\/li>\n
    • History of the Reformation<\/li>\n
    • Church Planting Ministry<\/li>\n
    • Principles of Discipleship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Auxiliary courses are taught by the Academy faculty, either in person or online. Each course lasts approximately 8-10 hours. Depending on the local faculty’s requirements, students may be assigned reading assignments, exams, and church service responsibilities before and after the course. There are nine auxiliary courses in total, and students must complete at least six to graduate from the program.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

      Seminars<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Topics include:<\/p>\n

      • Gospel-Centered Life<\/li>\n
      • A Man Who Endures to the End<\/li>\n
      • The Book of Hebrews<\/li>\n
      • The Book of Colossians<\/li>\n
      • The Role of Men and Women in God’s Design<\/li>\n
      • The Concept of Covenant in the Bible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        These seminars address contemporary issues and topics and are taught by Academy faculty and local pastors. Most seminars are conducted online and are not mandatory. However, participating in these seminars is essential for earning the required credits for program completion.
